An early start will see you on the water out of Tooradin at 8am to catch the low tide when mudflats, sand bars and coastline are exposed to feeding shorebirds. Look out for migratory Red-necked Stint, Sharp-tailed Sandpiper, Eastern Curlew, Eurasian Whimbrel and Common Greenshank as well as residents such as Cape Barren Goose, Greater Crested Tern, Great Egret, White-faced Heron and White-bellied Sea-Eagle. Return in time to see the afternoon presentations at Coolart.

Leave Coolart Homestead carpark at 7:00am, returning approximately 1:45pm.
