Mindfulness in Birding

Join Weekend Birder podcast host Kirsty Costa and neuropsychologist Dr Luke Smith for a relaxing walk around Coolart. You’ll learn about the link between nature and mental wellbeing, and how observing birds - through sight and sound - can be a simple, everyday mindfulness practice. No birdwatching experience needed. All welcome.
